APAC - Australia & New Zealand System Version Update v20 Update 7 - March 6 - Service Impacting

We will be updating all accounts in all APAC - Australia & New Zealand data centers to system version 20 update 7 on Friday, March 6 from 3AM - 6AM (Sydney). The expected down time is 5-15 minutes per account to allow for services restart. No action is required for all apps and phone system functionality to work once the update is applied to each account. If there is any concerns, we suggest you setup call forwarding at the carrier level for any of your phone numbers until the maintenance is completed on all accounts.
