We are happy to introduce a new feature to help with system admin tasks in the Control Portal. Admin users (or users who have been assigned the right to impersonate) can impersonate individual users to troubleshoot. This should help save a significant amount of time!
All impersonations are audit logged, just in case you were wondering.
We provided the steps to assign this right and use the feature in the KB article below.
