New Auto Time Entry Feature for Engage Plans & Above

In addition to our new AI features, we have have added an Auto Time Entry feature for Engage plans & above.

This assumes you already have an Intelligence plan and enabled the AI transcription feature.

You will see these new selectable items for your specific PSA setup in the 1Stream portal.

Time entries will be the exact start time and end time of the respective call and post the summary of the call transcript
