Updated Resources for SMS 10DLC Registration and Approval - US / Canada

As new regulatory rules have been implemented by government agencies such as the FCC in the United States, extra scrutiny is being applied to submissions for SMS enabled numbers. We have been provided updated guides and have updated the resources section in our Control portal.
